Equal by 30 Commitments

  1. Promote gender-sensitive recruitment, career progression, and aim for 30% women’s representation in leadership roles by 2030.
  2. Build capacity for women in emerging energy sectors (smart grids, AI, EVs, storage) through ISGF’s training, mentorship, and partnerships programs.
  3. Advocate gender-responsive policies, share best practices, and actively promote the Equal by 30 initiative through ISGF programs, events, and social media.
