  1. We will target equal (50%) representation of female speakers at our events
  2. We will offer programming and events that deliver and support mentorship and leadership opportunities for women
  3. We will ensure our policies and culture support flexible work hours, telecommuting, working part-time, and extended maternity and paternity leave
  4. We will put a woman on every hiring process.
  5. We will aim for at least 30% representation of women across all levels, and specifically in the leadership team, by the year 2030
  6. We will promote Equal by 30 and its principles, including facilitating the exchange of best practices and knowledge-sharing where possible.
