TerraPower endorses the Equal by 30 Campaign principles on gender equality, and commits to the below actions:

• Avoid discrimination in recruitment practices, including interview training and collection of unbiased interview feedback
• Continue Harassment Prevention in the Workplace training as well as Unconscious Bias and Microinequities training for all employees hired to TerraPower
• Adoption of annual pay equity review process
• Modernize policies to support and promote alternative work arrangements
