Commitments

TerraPower endorses the Equal by 30 Campaign principles on gender equality, and commits to the below actions:

• Avoid discrimination in recruitment practices, including interview training and collection of unbiased interview feedback
• Continue Harassment Prevention in the Workplace training for all employees and at an in-depth level for managers of people.
• Conduct Unconscious Bias and Microinequities training for all employees hired to TerraPower
• Conduct annual pay equity review process
• Modernize policies to support and promote alternative work arrangements
• Promote women as members of panels and participants in TerraPower speaking engagements
• Support TerraPower Women in Nuclear Chapter of U.S. Women in Nuclear
• Monitor TerraPower’s inclusive culture, by looking at the responses of women, in our regular Employee Surveys and develop action plans as needed
